Miradouro da Senhora do Monte has no cafe, kiosk or shop nearby, which happens to be its blessing and its curse. Although sometimes I’d kill to have a warm tea or a cold beer, the lack of services available, other than the religious ones provided by the nearby chapel, means it’s much quieter than other similar spots at Lisbon, you’ll probably only find the a local walking the dog and having a smoke or an occasional tourist.
Probably is the best view of Lisboa, and usually you can enjoy it alone!
Photographically speaking this quick photo shoot seemed destined to failure, as I targeted to shoot by sunset, which was kind of ruined by a group of clouds badly placed. All I had to do was wait until dusk to see if the street lights had something to offer me.
